Rental Information

The main wing of the Chateau is available for rent by the week. Renters can choose from two weekly packages: 5 days - 6 nights, or 6 days - 7 nights.

• From JANUARY (first Saturday) to JUNE (last Saturday)
  • The 6 days - 7 nights rental option starts on Saturdays after 6 PM (all times local) and ends the following Saturday at 9 AM.
  • The 5 days - 6 nights rental option starts on Sundays after 2 PM and ends on Saturdays at 9 AM.
  
  
• From JUNE (last Monday) to DECEMBER 31st
  • The 6 days - 7 nights rental option starts on Mondays after 6 PM (all times local) and ends the following Monday at 9 AM.
  • The 5 days - 6 nights rental option starts on Mondays after 6 PM and end on Sundays at 9 AM.

Please note, we have changed our traditional starting days from Sunday so that incoming renters can have access to local stores and so that they may be able to rent cars locally at the Angers train station.

Rental Rates - Chateau

The cost to rent Chateau du Pin depends upon the season.
The table below outlines current rates for the 2009 & 2010 rental seasons.

The Chateau is not handicapped accessible.

Garden Cottage for Rent

Our charming, two-bedroom garden cottage is available for rent for all or part of the 2009-2010 winter season. For more information contact the contact the Reservation Manager.

Payment Options

• European guests may pay by check drawn on an EU bank. A deposit of 200 € for each week is required to hold your reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due two months (60 days) before the start of the rental period. Renters making reservations within two months of their stay will be expected to pay the entire rent at the time the reservation is made. • For our North American guests, we offer a payment option in US dollars. A deposit of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for each week rented is needed to hold your reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due two months (60 days) before the start of the rental period. Renters making reservations within two months of their stay will be expected to pay the entire rent at the time the reservation is made. Please make checks payable to "Special Le Pin Account" and remit to:
